The Cookie Subscription Prescription is monthly box for cookie decorators offered by The Cookie Countess. It contains an 2 original cookie stencils, a cookie cutters, and a special gift. No actual cookies are included ;)

Subscription Terms

If you have purchased a subscription, your box will be delivered automatically each month. These are the terms and conditions you agree to by purchasing a subscription from us.

Accounts

We require accounts to help make ordering easier for you! Please note: This site is separate from TheCookieCountess.com; if you have an account there, you will still need to make a new account for The Cookie Subscription Prescription.

If you wish to earn The Cookie Countess Countess Rewards points you must sign up with the same email you used for your account at TheCookieCountess.com

Payments

Your payment method on record will be billed on the 1st of each month. Sorry, we cannot bill on any other date or make special concessions.

If your credit card changes or expires, please log into your account and change your payment information to avoid failed payments and shipping delays.

Renewals/Billing Dates

All Month-to-Month subscriptions will be automatically renewed until canceled.

Shipping Dates (When Do I Get My Box?)

We ship Cookie Subscription Prescription boxes between the 2nd and 12th of each month. Holidays will occasionally delay us by a day or two.

Holds and Skipping Boxes

Sorry, we cannot place any subscription boxes on hold or skip box deliveries.

Communication from The Cookie Subscription Prescription

All communications from us will come via email; it is your duty to read and respond to these emails. It is also up to you to be sure that we have a current, working email address for you. You can update your email address from the Subscription Manager here.
 

Cancellations and End of Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel your membership, we must receive your cancellation by the 14th of the month. You may cancel your subscription via the Subscription Manager.

If you are having trouble canceling your subscription please contact us.

If you do not cancel your subscription, we will automatically renew your subscription month-to-month at the same price.

Do not cancel by canceling your recurring payments with PayPal; this will not cancel your subscription with us.

Return Policy

Returns for subscriptions: We do not allow subscription box returns. All sales are final. If your box arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get a new box. If that month’s box is no longer available, we will refund the costs of the box.

Shipping

Our boxes are delivered using USPS First Class Mail; sorry, we cannot accept rush shipment requests for these boxes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your box leaves our warehouse.
While we make every effort to carefully package and ship each box, sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us.
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) but you cannot find it, please check around your home, your garage, and in some cases, the carrier will leave it with a neighbor. Please give it one extra day after marked as delivered, as we have noticed many carriers mark packages delivered a day early. If you receive a delivery notification or the package is showing delivered on the carrier’s site but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Address or Payment Changes

All payment and address changes must be made before the 14th of the month to apply to the next month's subscription.
