If you are on a month-to-month plan, your card will automatically be re-billed on the 1st of every month.
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account and click Subscription Manager. Click the Subscriptions tab on the left, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive The Cookie Subscription Prescription.
We ask that you cancel before the 14th of the month.
If you cannot access your account, visit the Login page and click "Forgot My Password" to change password.

If you do not change your shipping address before the 14th of the month, your next package may arrive at your old shipping address. Please contact us for last minute changes!
In order to change your shipping address, you will first need to log in to your account and click Subscription Manager. Click the Subscriptions tab on the left, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is an Edit button.
In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if something has changed for the cardholder's place of residence or the email address on file.
